Stephen Ranson

Stephen is a third generation contractor, whose family has been doing business in the tri-state area for over 80 years and owned and operated Ranson General Contracting, Inc. since 1983.

Currently, a member of the Masters Plumbers Association of Philadelphia, the Building Trades Association, the Philadelphia Carpenters Union, a registered contractor in the states of New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, Stephen has the education and insight to provide guidance to all of his client’s construction challenges.

Due to his impeccable background and family history, Stephen offers knowledge, reliability, relationships and integrity to the contracting industry. His affiliations with real estate developers provide a perspective in to the needs of clients after renovations ends.

Joseph Delgiorno, MD

Joseph is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. DelGiorno received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. After a residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, he immediately joined his father’s practice. Since that time, Dr. DelGiorno has expanded his practice to include 12 physicians practicing at three locations and caring for over 10,000 patients.

In addition to clinical medicine, Dr. DelGiorno was an Executive Vice President of Continuum Health Alliance, a medical management company, and was directly responsible for starting and managing the Pediatric Emergency Department and Pediatric Hospitalist Programs at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees. Most recently, Dr. DelGiorno was hired by Unite Here Health and opened a comprehensive medical center in Atlantic City to care for the members of the Local 54 Hotel and Casino Worker’s Union.

His professional interests include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, and Sports Medicine. Dr. DelGiorno is an avid runner, snowboarder, and surfer and has traveled to over 70 countries. He endeavors to care for all of his patients through respectful and honest partnerships with each and every family.

Dave Ortega

Dave is a District Manager working for Sodexo a Global organization that provides Soft Service Framework to its clients, and employees over 400,000 people Worldwide. Dave graduated from Rowan University as a Business Major with a concentration in Human Resources. Lean Six Sigma.

As a District Manager in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania market for the last 14 years he has managed $50 Million in volume annually and 100 professional staff members. Driving Revenue for the parent organization and reducing the overall cost to our local clients.
